The 2026 Town of Bedford Supervisor election will feature Don Scott and incumbent Town Supervisor Ellen Calves, who has been in the position since 2022.

New York State has transitioned local elections from odd-numbered years to even-numbered years. That is why Bedford voters may see the Town Supervisor race on the ballot in back-to-back years.

Check your voter registration status at the New York State Board of Elections or through the Westchester County Board of Elections.

Voter registration forms are available at elections.ny.gov, the Town Clerk’s Office, and the Westchester County Board of Elections. The registration deadline is typically 25 days before Election Day — for November 2026, that falls in early October.

Submit a voter registration form with updated party enrollment information to the Westchester County Board of Elections. Note that party enrollment changes for a primary election must be made by the previous general election day. Party enrollment is not required to vote in a general election — all registered voters may participate regardless of party.
